It is our pleasure to write this letter of confidence and recommendation for Tom Smith and TR Construction. In 2007, my wife and I were interested in building or purchasing a home to fit out expanding family. Our specific wants and needs for our home led us to purchase smaller 3 level, 3 bedroom home in a great location with the intention of building a large addition and renovating the existing home.
We hired TR Construction to design and build a 3800 sq. ft. and to renovate the remaining 1500 sq. ft. of the existing home. The layout of the existing home and the desired layout of the addition made the project challenging both structurally and esthetically.
Tom scheduled and supervised the carpenters and subcontractors throughout the project and as a result the construction and renovation of our new home was completed less than 6 months. Our home is now a beautiful 5 level, 5 bedroom, 5300 sq. ft. home with a value of over $700,000.00.
Tom's creativity, expertise, experience, and patience in all stages of the construction made the building of our new family home an exciting and enjoyable experience. I would recommend TR Construction to anyone with any size project.
